The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to a beautiful beach. the rooms are clean and nice, with a very nice view to the village. the staff is friendly and willing to help anytime for everything. the breakfast is good, with a good selection of food. the hotel also has indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

The walls of the rooms are a little thin, so you can hear the voices next door.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the pool was one of the best aspects of the hotel, with a spacious and relaxing area to spend the day. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options with fresh fruits and juices. the location was also a plus, being a short walk to the beach and close to the town center with plenty of options for food and drinks.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not up to par, which made for a couple of sleepless nights due to loud noises coming from neighboring rooms. the dinner buffet was not great, with limited options and not very well-prepared dishes.

The hotel was peaceful.

Hotel staff speeks only a few words of English. Communication was difficult.

Nice modern resort

Prepare your map and compass to find the restaurant at night for dinner where you will be almost alone. (Most of the customers have probably given up) Staff will bring you the bill along with main course to make sure you won't bother them there for an unreasonable part of time.

This hotel is a luxurious and peaceful retreat in a stunning location. the exclusive amenities provided by the Spa & wellness centre are of high quality and the swimming pool is breathtaking. the restaurant serves delicious food and the private facilities in the room are exceptional. the staff here are very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service to guests.

Far from the downcenter, no close by restaurants. My booking was refundable with free cancellation and they deducte the money two weeks before. بعيد عن مركز المدينة، . حجزي كان بإلغاء مجاني ومع ذالك خصمو المبلغ أسبوعان قبل موعد السكن.

The hotel was fantastic and had so much to offer! The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful public beach. And the best part was the fantastic pool and spa facilities. The pool was great for relaxing, and the spa treatments were top-notch. it was an incredible experience.

There was one downside to our stay. The room temperature was quite hot and we couldn't control it.

The service of the hotel was awful. Even though we had reservation, we had to wait for more than half an hour to get our rooms ready even tough we arrived at 16 30 to the hotel. We ordered drinks while we were waiting, and our drinks were not served, either!In the morning, we wanted to get newspaper and they told us that because of the unexpected crowd no newspapers left. In the breakfast we wanted to drink tea in glass instead of pot, and they told us that it was difficult for them to find glass because of the unexpected crowd. We went to the pool for swimming and they told us that there were no swimming caps left because of the unexpected crowd ( the night before they told us that they were providing swimming caps). They were really funny

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great pool and clean rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay even more comfortable. this hotel provided an excellent experience.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location is excellent. The outdoor swimming pool is great. Breakfast was quite good. The free parking was helpful.

Coffee at breakfast is bad. Wc in the swimming pool area needed more attention. Staff needs to pay much more attention to customer. I had a faulty lock that was looked into, but not effectively repaired, during my two night stay. The hotel is more a good international standard 4 star than a 5 star.

Easy of reach to countyside atmosphere from a metropolitan city.

Extras are very very expensive.
